Giving: Ways To Support Our Research

We can have the best minds, the best equipment and the best intentions in the world, but without funding, none of those matter. It is only through generous donations from individuals and organizations that we are able to continue our mission. The Center for Cancer Research has important endeavors that your financial contribution can support:

Purdue University Center for Cancer Research - Unrestricted

Jordan Rieger Fund for Pancreatic Cancer - Supporting efforts specific to pancreatic cancer research

Vision of Hope - Women's Cancer Research - Focused research on the most common cancers in women

Prostate Cancer Discovery Group - Supporting efforts specific to pancreatic cancer research

Innovative Research Fund - Funding new, innovative approaches to cancer research

The Challenge Fund - Funds a grant awarded annually to a researcher at the Purdue Center for Cancer research to kick-start and innovative research project

James R. Lowe Lung Cancer Research Fund - Supporting efforts specific to lung cancer research

Jeannette K. Oswad Blood Cancer Research Fund - Supporting research for cancers of the blood (example acute myeloid leukemia).

Tim's Twigs Cancer Research Projects - Tim's Twigs is a strategic research initiative in which individuals have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on innovative research happening at the Purdue Center for Cancer Research.  This funding spearheads new research projects that otherwise may not get off the ground.  With start-up funding for these strategic initiatives, the projects are likely to attract larger grants in the future, thus moving discoveries from the research laboratory to the clinic faster to save lives.
